Just upgraded my 03 Limited Edition Fiesta Black (1.4) to a brand new also in black with those lovely heated leather seats...and I love it ...... My 1st new car I have ever bought and the second sporty Ford....my 1st performance Ford at 19 was a Silver Mark 1 XR2 but only had it a year and it had to go as when I bought it we still had insurance groups 1-9 then the new ones came and it was a group 15!!! also I had a CD10 plus a run in with a college tutors car in the car park when late for a class... so year 2 they wanted £1750 3PF&T for a car that cost £1400 & it was in 1989........its taken till now to get back in a performance model and its GR8 plus only £502 fully comp

The Mk6 Fiesta st grew in size & became a Mk3 Mondeo st it now it's shrinking to a Mk3.5 Focus ST3

Hi mate,

A big welcome to the forum! Hope you enjoy it. Some people down my road have a fiesta black, always wondered what it was about but have always liked the look of it, didnt realise it was a limited edition, probably one of the reasons i hadnt heard of it

Anyway, good luck with the ST and enjoy it!

Welcome to the site mate . I know what you mean! 1986, my first performance car, a mk2 RS2000, V reg. It lasted 18 months before it had to go (GOT MARRIED)! Same as me it has taken this long for another fast car....Love it? You will! Anything you want to know about anything is here, just post your question and it will be answered.

I bought the Black cos at the time I knew I wanted a Fiesta and for running cost was after the 1.4 I was won over by the Black when I found it was Limited Edition but the thing I fell for was the Leather Interior...hence I had to get the leather seats in the as once you have had Leather there is no going back

I had a Fiesta Black BP03 NFV
Total load of crap, almost put me off buying an ST.
Loud and slow!
It had the most unresponsive throttle I have ever known, when you pressed it the car used to say "Yeh, whatever"
But it did look lovely
