Last time I went to a car meet it was an Alfa forum trip to lights and the meet point was the same car park! There is a great chippy with restaraunt just by there but doubt it will be open at 8am on a Sunday

yeah 8am at sainsburys will be ok for me, its about 1.5 - 2 hours drive for me so just let me know n ill be there

The Ford Day Blackpool show is free for the public. All cars will be parked up along the Middle Walk Promenade from 9am. Please be aware that some vehicles may be moving around during the day, so make sure you pay attention while viewing the cars.

it says this on their website so if we all meet 8-830 then we can drive along (or follow whoever knows the way) and line up to get parked i presume?

Yeah it says from 9 but I know people who have been before and apparently they let you on from 7-7.30! But I assumed this was a bit too early for people... especially Rob who is coming from Gloucester

I'm unsure whether we're allocated a space in advance... In case we're not i thought an earlier meeting time would mean we'd arrive earlier and hopefully get a better location

I can lead the convoy down, keeping off the prom so we don't get split up by traffic or traffic lights
