My vote is save your money. For me it will be the MR200 when it finally is ready. I can upgrade now to a Focus ST/RS if I wanted to, but I don't want to. You want to upgrade/change, so any cash you spend on your car now will be dead money. Keep your cash and put it towards a better car when you do upgrade.  Patience is a virtue

Well that was my thinking, why not, and money isn't tight so I could afford it but then I think ahead to say a years time and that £1700 could be the difference between getting a car in a spec I want and maybe having to settle for something a little less. And the Mr200 would be a blast and I know I'd love it, but spending over 3k on mountune upgrades only to sell shortly after isn't very justifiable and neither is having 2 cars. Anyway in the mean time I'll continue to terrorise country roads in my mp165 which I'm certainly still very fond of
