Looks great but I don't get who specifies parking sensors when buying a car the size of a shoe, really? Reverse parking a 7 series it makes sense but not on a car like this.
I specced them just because they were an option, although I did go a little wild when I ordered my car lol ![](/images/graemlins/crazy.gif)

Just been for the test drive today, oh my lawwwddd i loooved it! Did a full inspection of the car couple of things needed sorting which were the centre rear brake light didnt work, number plate lights didnt work and the passenger seat wouldnt fold down so you couldnt get into the back that way.. also there is a minor scuff on the bonnet which can be touched up and a crack in the front bumper grill at the bottom but apart from that its great. I got a vauxhall corsa 1.2 sxi at the moment and let me tell you the drive in this ST feels SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much nicer, it feels like im actually controlling the car! haha. Off to pick it up on Saturday i cant fooking wait! ![](/images/graemlins/snigger.gif) :D:D

I got my AA Inspection report back, everything was good picked up all the things i did apart from it said looks like theres a leak in the powerstealing oil so ill phone the garage and ask about that. Another interesting thing in the AA report said the breaks were custom ones the guy who inspected said he thinks there "EBC green stuff" i imagine it said it somewhere. So maybe i have slightly better brakes which is always good ![](/images/graemlins/snigger.gif)

So flipping pissed off at the moment, going through so many problems regarding insurance!! Im on 10months i gotta keep my policy going to get my 1 year no claim which means an extra 300quid spent on a car i wont be driving (as ill be insuring my ST for saturday) but im insuring my ST for 2months without a years no claims which means a 300quid deposit i have to pay which i will lose straight away coz when the years no claims is up i need to change insurers. £600+ im losing in total thanks to flipping rip off insurance companies!!! And my current insurer on my corsa wont insure an ST FFSSSSSSSSSSSSS >.<!! So im instantly losing the money i'd save on my years no claims + more! So i either fork out now to get the years no claims or sack of 10months built up and start again with the ST.. ![](/images/graemlins/upset.gif) Think ill have to just fork out the extra cash :'''(

It's not the insurance company's fault you decided to get anew car before the first year was up, you will never be able to use less a full year no claims, when I brought my ST my previous company wodnt insure me on it so I had to cancel my policy 12 days early so lost out on that full years no claims, but that was because my previous car was literally dead and I needed to insure the ST to drive to work.
I won't go into the whole argument as to why insurance is more expensive for young people as I can literally talk for hours as I do to the people I speak to everyday..
I work for an insurance company btw
