Tonight i had the madest chase ever, not to act imature or anything, this was not planned at all. It was completely and intentionally just to lose these people who were chasing me.

So their's a corsa and a micra trying to box me in at a car park so i can't get out. I have no idea why, so i wasn't planning on staying around to find out because they had bottles and things and looked quite aggressive.

So their boxing me in and i'm with my mates; who tell me to squeeze through this zebra crossing, which i did, but wasn't happy about, as it could easily damage my car via scratches as there were hedges and things at the side of it. So over the zebra i went.

Then they find us again somehow, so things get really scary, and i'm not happy because i'm not wanting to race my car and damage it. So i'm trying to lose them all around town and things, when i realise i have to do something mad, so i run a red light to lose them, and come very close to crashing into cars coming from the left, i slip it into 2nd and it skids nicely round the corner. Then i go through the wrong way of a one-way road and park up turning my lights off, but they still found us!! So finally we pull upside with the police, and i tell them to check them cars out saying i think they've been drinking etc, and then i just turn off, and i finally lost them!

Very annoying and scary stuff, but i would love to do that for a living.

I had something like that a couple of years ago, but it was a bit my one fault.
A corsa wanted to pass me in heavy rain, wich i found inresponsible. so i hit the right paddle of my Puma and pulled away, wich wasn't so responsible either. He got angry and tried on several locations to pass me.
I couldn't go full because of the heavy rain and my front tyres where not so good anymore, but after a while i lost him with a handbreak corner.
When all was over i went home and rethink me live.

All sounds very irepsonsible and dangerous to me.

Too many more incidents like that and you'll find that its the police after you, plenty of points and fines, or maybe disqualification.

ST GTR 06, a red light means STOP!!! I dont advise you do anything but that when you see one!
Nice story but next time that happens you probably wont have a car or lisence after it!!

It just isn't worth it.

It all sounds a bit stupid to me but if they were as bad as you say i spose you didnt really have much choice... I take it thats not the way you normally drive!

The problem with driving like that at night(or day)is that there is alot of people who have had a drink and don't realise how fast you are going. My friend was seriously hurt when drunk,He walked out in front of a taxi and had terrible head injuries and spent 8 weeks in hospital, luckily he made a complete recovery. Not a wise decision i'm afraid ST06 GTR.

I have to agree with hallmark there. I dont think that sort of driving is good in any case, what if a child had been crossing the road or something. I tend not to rise to that sort of situation s i know it would be me that would come off worse and not them.

No, i see exactly what your saying. There's loads of drunk people up town, i normally let them all cross and do 15mph. But this really was a situation where i had no choice. Both cars were full, and they didn't exactly look like they were planning on a gentle formal discussion.

Never Again!

I got into a similar thing when I was 18 in my Dad’s 2L mark 1 Cavalier, I was with 3 mates and 4 slightly older lads in a 1.3 Mark 1 Escort chased us round town for about 6 miles, in the end I stopped at a junction so he rear ended me unfortunately my car had a tow-bar and it punched through his radiator and he had to stop. That was in 1988 so guess it’s a young lad messing about thing to do. Take care though it can turn nasty.

Beat a Skoda VRS and a XR2i today. But don't worry it wasn't dangerous, it was a straight run drift!

haha yes, drift tends to involve going sideways... i'd have been pretty worried if you'd been doing that on public roads!

Fair play on beating a VRS as the're quick, i drive past a couple of guys in an XR2 on the way to work quite often, i don't race them, but i can tell their jealous as they pracitically gawp at my car when i pass them!
