I was wondering if anyone has had an oil cooler fitted and if its worthwhile fitting one?

When you say his engine temp has gone down 10deg, what was his oil temp before?

Don't forget that with an oil cooler it will take much longer for your oil to get up to temperature meaning you shouldn't drive your car hard for even longer.

Only worth considering if you regularly do long/high speed driving really imo. For going to the shops and back and doing lots of little journeys your engine would be running with relatively colder oil more of the time.

Not worth it on a road car, unless your running forced induction honestly utterly pointless unless your a regular track goer.

A PAS cooler however, no issues here. Power steering fluid doesn't need to be "up to temperature" and because it's hydraulic fluid it works absolutely fine cold and doesn't break down if it's kept cool.
