Hello all
My name is oli and i live in windermere ( cumbria )
i have been big into the dub scene dare i say it!! having owned 11 VWs including a mk1 abf golf various polo's , caddy van ect

I currently drive a boring bogger spec mk4 golf!!

but with some arm twisting myself and my fiance are in the market to buy a fiesta st 07/08 either in white or a st500 , i was wondering if anyone could give me some friendly advice about to what to look for as i dont want a " boi racerfied " ragged one , have about 7k max to spend thanks all and hopefully ill be posting up my ride soon

Oli

Hi there

Seat catches are a common fault - watch out for broken or faulty ones

Thanks for the warm welcomes , looking at something under 30k miles I presume less owners the better and to.check service history ? Ive been to see one locally and it was such a disappointment .

7k should get you a very low mileage 08 plate in excellent condition, you probably don't even need to spend that much.

Welcome buddy, get a white one, they're the fastest

Nothing major to look out for, just your usual stuff plus as said above, seat catches etc

For that sort of money i'd be looking at finding one with the Mountune MR200 kit already installed perhaps.
