Rob I only did 20 mins on bike and 10 mins on cross trainer! Such a poor effort but I was sooooo knackered. And it was so hot in there. To be fair I'm still recovering from a 9 mile walk/run from Sunday and then went for a run Monday and it just killed my legs, il be going for a run tomorrow too woohoo, I need a personal trainer!

Keep at it girl!!!!

Having goals and/or targets works really well, shows progress too

Be careful with that tho Stevie, 15mins working twice as hard will be more effective, make sure it's half hr of STRENUOUS exercise and not a simple plod

A tip for the rower, do 2000m and see how long it takes, that's the standard distance for indoor rowing championships and done hard is extremely tough. Anywhere near 8mins is very good (2:00/500m split time) but sub 10mins would be a start

Oh definitely mate, you'll get so much more out of lower weight, correct technique rather than heavy with crap technique
