Don't make yourself sick, I nearly passed out once and it was horrible!

I've managed to lose 4 pounds in 2 days... This hot weather is doing me good

That's so good Bex! Yeh I did feel hideous when I got off, it wasnt till I got off that I felt dodgy, but I kind of felt good in a way coz I know I'd pushed myself

Not really mate no, tbh the calorie expenditure shown on machines isn't accurate anyway neither is it particularly important, it's a good guide as to how hard you've worked in a particular session but what you are doing by exercising is increasing the rate your body burns fat (your metabolic rate) for example, do a really hard Cardio and weights session and you'll be burning calories at an increased rate for the next 24hrs (hence why you feel hungry the following day)

I don't wanna get to complicated with it but if you wanna see accurate calorie expenditure you need to wear a heart monitor and measure it that way

Cheers mate I'm doing a 2 hour cardio and weights 6 days a week so might go and get one of them small heart monitors
