Ok leave it with me

Well done Jodie

Went to the gym on my own today after work, feeling good for it now

25 mins on the bike, 1000m on the rowing machine, chest press, leg press & stomach crunches

well done

Can't be bothered with the gym this week!

im having the same feeling Jodie.

I'm in the office alone this week, doing the work for 4 guys and my manager so last thing I want to do at the end of the day is go to the gym. I just wanna go home

Yeh our computers were down half of last week so were playing catch up, just want to go home after too, really not motivated at the moment

i have been the the same for the last 2 weeks but been pushing myself to go down there and once im in there i crack on with it and happy that i went in the end,im at my target weight now have lost 4 stone and loving it

Nice one kenny

can I have some of it, been trying to gain weight but now stuck at the same weight
