Ouch!!! Give it time to recover

Went to the gym last night and did circuit training including going on the spinning bike... What a killer

I've been going 4-5 times a week for the last month, not lost hardly anything though, proper addicted to it all again

I've lost over a stone since mid-July. Find eating well and a good workout gives me the best results but you're lovely as you are, Bizzle

Haven't had time to go in about a month
With work and fixing the car, just had no time

havent been for a few weeks
but going to saudi in 12 days and there is sh!te all to do on an evening so will probably be in the compound gym quite a bit

Haven't been to the gym in 11 days.

But i have been running every day this morning 8 mile round trip.

I have been cracking on,this week I have been doing more and managed to get swimming in there to and lost about 5lbs So another week and I would if lost just over 5 and a half stone so all good, but I have been a bit naughty the last few days lol

I don't need a gym I have a treadmill in my living room. Not used it for a few weeks after falling down the stairs. It's a great treadmill too, thanks Kev.
