The problem is, most of the time the police will do hardly anything unless it's major. Especially around where I am it's quite a crap area. The only thing I can do is ask my guvnor to put cameras outside near where my car is parked which is all part of the building, but they are pretty tight when it comes to spending some money. Otherwise I've got not solid evidence it was him, other than the fact I know it's him, and he had admitted to my colleague, I'll talk to my colleague tommorrow see what he says about it if he's comfortable in doing so.

Problem is if I report it, and they do nothing then is it going to get worse or carry on, or if the police pay him a visit, will it get worse from there.

Make sure you do report it. Police may not be able to do much about it but if it occurs repeatedly then they will. Also if its so easy for that guy to do it he may have done it to other peoples or may in the future and he shouldnt get away with that behaviour. Also if he has got a record of that sort of behaviour they may have a much higher chance of getting the offender charged
