It's nearly October! And I can't wait to see everyone again! So I Thought I'd start a thread for the Christmas meal, It has been discussed but no idea when or where, would anyone be up for this or have ideas of where to go? I think Northampton was suggested as its the middle to most of us

Most places will request a deposit up front for a large party. I've put deposits down on the pre-event Northampton meals and am happy to do it again. I did it for last year's Christmas meal too

Me and Scott can not do the weekend of the 15th as it is my works Christmas party that weekend.

My personal preferance would be for the Friday night before New Year again (28th December). I won't be able to make it anytime before Christmas as I've got an operation on the 5th of December and won't be able to go anywhere for two weeks after that.

Doesn't sound too good. Hope it's not too serious Chris

It's nothing serious Lee. I've got to have a section of cartliage removed from inside my nose to make me breathe easier. Unfortunately once I come out of hospital then I'll have to stay indoors for two weeks to prevent any risk of infection, but hopefully it will help me out in the long run.

We shall aim for that week then Chris. I was planning to organise two meals - one at beginning of the month and one towards the end.
