I see your idea Steph but doesn't planning two different Christmas meals avoid the point a little? I assumed the idea was to get everyone together for a celebration and having two meals would only split the groups up. IMO, if it was one meal people would be more likely to make the effort to change work/ other commitments to attend, where as with two meals people would be less interested and therefore the turnout would be even less. Thats the way I see it anyway, I'm probably wrong...

I agree with Duncan. I also believe it might be a nice idea to have it a little more central to everyone. I have no issues with location but there has always been a much better turn out when it's been around Brum/Warwick area.

I'm just throwing it out there to meet both North and South in the middle.

I'm happy to do whatever in the end last year it was only Scotty, Kev, Sarah, Chris and Victoria who were able to make it who weren't local. I will travel wherever but most places want a deposit per person up front
