i dunno will ask

Kev be honest. I am happy to buy some flowers etc and make a cake

I'm off il be there

Kev,

If I was you I would be straight up and tell her the meal is on and if she wants to go she comes, if you try the surprise I reckon it will back fire, she will know some of us like Chris and me for example, would offer to sing her happy birthday but fear that would clear the pub in seconds

Dave it my birthday soon will you also sing me happy birthday at the meal?

Only if you want the room clearing, maybe a hug and a kiss on the cheek would be safer for everyone's ears

Ooooh Dave behave yourself! Haha, it's not actually my birthday, I just wanted a man to sing to me, however feel free to buy me a present haha

Cheeky girl wanting a gift when it ain't even your birthday

Kev, the only right way is to be honest mate

Shame Kev but hopefully see you before fitp

Shame you won't be there Kev, but maybe see you at some of the shows next year.

Real shame kev will see you at fitp if not before
