Looking good, i'm in Hindley, Wigan so not too far from you either. The rattling noise could be so many things it's really hard to diagnose isn't it. I assume it doesn't do it if you're not driving? (ie sit on your drive revving it?).

Ye its when im driving, you can hear it slightly sometimes when i rev jus sat stil
