After wanting an for what seems like years, I think I'm finaly on the home stretch!

I'm back from Paris and all my Uni stuff is out the way. I got a 2-1 which I'm pretty pleased with, and fancy treating myself!

Popped into the local ford stealer yesterday and booked myself in for a test drive on Friday, unfortunately they don't have any facelift STs to drive so its going to be in a pre-facelift, but given that only the dash and lights are the biggest differences it shouldn't be a problem. I just can't wait now! I don't think I'll want to order before mid July so I'm going to have a really long wait! Of course the thing I really cant wait for is to have a little 'O' next to my name! ROLL ON JULY!!!

I know its early days if you're not ordering until July, but you any ideas yet on what spec/colour you're thinking about?

As for the ST, my head has been in the clouds for a while so I know pretty much what I want:

Pretty much everything! I'd like to get the car through the dealer, but I don't know if they will be able to get anywhere near the quote I just got from Advanced Car Exports with my forces discount, all of the above for £11,816!!!
Its still a full UK spec car and its not pre-registered! I'm taking that with me on friday when I go for the drive, I want to see thier jaws drop after!

I havent got any proper finance quotes yet, and I still need my car valued for a part exchange.

Same with me, before i test drove it i had a price in my mind and i did not want to go over that, but after the test drive i was like, i dont care what it costs i have to have this car!!!

Went for the drive this morning! Was great! It was only a quick drive because they were under staffed. Didn't get the oportunity to put my foot down, but you could tell the power was there!

I had to get away quick too so never got to talk about price, I'm away flying for the next two weeks, so I think I'll be back thier way after that!
