mentioning that membership has to be approved by an actual person in the threads about signing up? and that it could take up to 24 hours possibly?

we seem to get a lot of noobs wondering why they haven't been accepted yet/ still don't have permission to post so maybe if this was explained to them before they sign up we wouldn't get so many repeat threads
