Just fitted my team heko wind deflectors and they look awesome. The windows close all the way ok but about half way up as the window meets the deflector it slows down slightly. Is that normal or do they need adjusting abit?

My heko ones did this to start with, when they slowly start to bed in they will get a bit faster. Not something really to worry about

They do work harder until the deflectors bed in but it's nothing to worry about

The instructions that came with them should say not to open them for 24 hours after fitting them

Fitted mine ages ago and my passenger window still goes up slowly. Don't think I fitted it properly but they still look the nuts and do the job

I used a littlenbit WD40 after fitting them. Helped a lot.
I removed the deflectors though... It obstructs my view to much.

My brother's pulled off the plastic bit on the door so he hates them but I don't think he fitted them correctly

Yer I reckon so as well. My windows were tinted before I bought it and after having it a few weeks im pretty sure they r darker then the legal limit. Does mean they look nice and the wind deflectors look awesome!

Drove my new/second hand XR4 here down-under the other day for the first time in the rain and water comes through the windows.

Whoever that engineer was at the time should've been fired and should send me some free wind/rain deflectors.

I will be buying some tinted ones for 70 biscuits each.

Old thread I know but hey........
