If that is the case at least he has nothing to lose and can race as much as he likes for the rest of the season. Should be able to give them more time to develop aero parts and use the races as tests for the next season...!
Reading through all that it seems that it was a mess all round, which is why the FIA and Pirelli are also picking up the costs of holding the tribunal. Slap on the wrist for Charlie Whiting for wrongly telling Mercedes it was ok! Also, not sure why Hamilton could have banned from the championship and Rosberg allowed to continue given both drivers took part in the testing?

Quote: Mark Webber leaving F1 at the end of this season!!!
He's joining Porsche for the Le Mans
Surprise surprise.
Best thing for him. He will always be considered the 'second' driver in Red Bull for as long as Vettel is there and he needs to spread his wings elsewhere in motorsport.
With Kimi favourite to replace him, hopefully the Finn can stick it to Vettel.
Vettel's been camera trained very well. Comes across quite well on camera and in interviews but a little s**t behind the scenes.

When you think about it, I can't really see Kimi in the Red Bull... If Kimi stayed where he was and Paul Di Resta at Red Bull - that would be a pretty decent move. Kimi is already competitive in the Lotus and Di Resta isn't too far behind in the Force India.
Would make sense for Red Bull to take on another youngster too.
