As above 3 keys go in no problem but top left aint catching at all!!!! been trying for ages what ever it connects to must of bent back or something is there another way i can get this thing out!

I don't think it's the force that's the issue the key just goes in and out won't connect to anything :/

Pull the glove box down/take it out, from there you should be able to reach behind the headunit and push from the back.

Taken it to a few places today and they said they will have to take part of dash off to remove headunit cause the locking pins are bent so it won't come out!! What a pain in the ass!!!! Is it worth doing all that just for an aux socket??

If its top left, stick the other three pins in, and for the top left one, take out your glovebox, stick your hand in and push the top metal spring/clip thing in towards the centre of the radio - it should pop out with no problem. You can quite easily see that side of the radio if you take the glovebox out, stick your head in with a torch you should be able to see where to press.
