39 by my calculator, good as 40 though cant complain at that and if your out for out a laugh?

I've done a full tank to fuel light on in abt 85miles, that was on the Grand Prix circuit at Brands Hatch

The difficult thing is my bike has no fuel gauge, just a light for when ur about to run out

Surely faster car goes(especially the modding an older csr) emissions are going to go over the normal? If not cool.but 215bhp and now 0-60 in 6.4 is enough for me without losing my license

They do, but that doesn't affect the road tax band. The band is determined by what the emissions were when it was registered. If you do something that puts the emmsions up then it's irrelevent for the road tax band - as for that matter if you do something to make it greener.

The Mk2 Focus RS crept into a lower band by one gram of CO2. Buy the RS500, which is already Mountuned as new, and you pay £200+ more road tax (it may be even more now). Buy the standard RS and get it mountuned, exactly the same car and you pay less in road tax.

really don't like the 1.6 engine, when I test drove one straight away thought it was noisy, heard one on rollers on youtube and engine was screaming rattly. Long term can't see this engine being sturdy and quiet, any that get a thrashing..........

You don't like the new st 1.6 engine?isnt noisy at all. The sound symposer is meant to make it sound throaty...its a mean car.its meaner in mountune guise
