yeh m8 i like it although got a problem already after only getting it a few days ago!!, the cd players knackered! it swallows cds and doesnt give em back for ages any help would be great !

insurance is 1500 quid (on dads insurance) and i got the car on ford finance at £272 a month for 5 years but can trade in for new car on 3rd year

who are you insured with i am 19 and am paying £2000 on my grandads insurance u must have got a good deal!

Glad that you're enjoying your even if you have been having probs with the cd player. It isn't cd's that you've burned yourself that you've been playing is it? Its just that a few people have had probs in the past when using cd-r's or cd-rw's in theirs (and its hidden away in the manual that it may not play these properly).

Welcome to the site, your lucky, i'm 19 and theres no way i could afford an ST at the min. Maybe you could get some forum stickers for it from the sticker thread?

Its nothing to be ashamed of, you might lose your 'o' but ur still more than welcome on the forum, i drive a corsa and nobody has kicked me off, not yet anyway! zetec S's are much better on insurance too, look what micky has done with his, its great

shoot me also if you like: but have the insurance not twigged that your the main driver not your dad/grandad? (unless they know) cos i'm sure they will find out somehow (especially if you have a bump "oh it just so happened i was driving the car today as a one off honest" and grill your ass. and also if you start to modfy it they will start to wonder. but if its the only way you can afford the insurance then you have to do it i guess. but wouldn't you rather be building up your own no claims? (although i think direct line give no claims to named drivers now). that reminds me. my insurance is up next month. bugger

Yep you're not allowed to be the main driver of the car and just a named driver.
