Hi guys,
First of all i would like to say thanks to whoever ( i believe it's Steph?) reserved extra places at the Hungry horse! Thanks a lot. Second i appolagize for being late, we had to pick up our ford fair tickets at a campsite which took a bit longer then expected. So sorry for that. Some proper introduction where in order, but since we where late and you guys where already eating... We didn't want to bother you while eating.
Anyway first time for me in the UK....and driving on the 'wrong' side of the road :P Also some accents where pretty difficult for me to u derstand *couch* newcastle *couch*. Always 'us' instead of 'i' but i only saw her. Until my mate pointed out it was her accent. Also out 'shortcut' through London was a nightmare we all got seperated and lost.
But Ford Fair was amazing! Never experienced anything like it. I mean the company stands combined where larges than most Dutch events and in 12 hours time we only saw half of the cars that where there. It was amazing!
Next year we will attent ford fair again! Again thanks for diner reservation, wish i could've introduced myself properly and spoken to more people. Hope we weren't to annoying!
It was great to meet you, I assume you were the guy chatting with us at the table Saturday night, shame I couldn't see you guys on Sunday, no idea where your stand was!

I think a huge thank you to Steph is in order. I felt really bad going without Duff and Stevie but Steph assured me they would go with her and Lee which made me feel better. Sorry to have had to get off and wasn't able to stick around at the pub too long and chat. Maiya had a huge day and wanted to get home. She was all out of sync bless her. Duss. I didn't get to met you but hopefully will in the future

I was the most handsome guy. JK i was the biggest guy. The small portugese guy with ADD bought Thomas' supercharger and i believe he signed up to the forums. The guy with the glasses isn't on this forum, although i told him to sign up, same goes for the small guy with the spikey hair. I was a bit annoyed, at 7pm we where still waiting for the girl to finish their hair and make-up and what not After getting our tickets they insisted on getting changed into diffirent clothes. Otherwise we where on time and we could've have a proper introduction and such.
I haven't seen your stand either. Freek (the guy with the glasses) says it was on the other side of the bridge? We where on T10 directly next to the bridge on the inside of the track. My car was the one with the 2 balloons, a pink unicorn and a pink kitty.
@Scotty, i'm definatly going to ford fair next year! I really enjoyed England, not just Ford Fair. Most people we've met where very open and nice to us. This can not be said about the people in france and germany which i have encountered in the past. Most of them don't take any effort to talk english or dutch, theyre always grumpy. Sorry if i offended anyone by posting this.

Brilliant write up Jack. Great photos. I struggled to get pics of most things. It's nice to see you managed to get some fantastic pics.
I dislike any car on stretched tyres. That is wrecked! I do like the Mk2 on gold wheels!
You need to get yourself a Mk1 Jack... can sort a line of them with mine, Chris and Adams then
I love the social side of the events. I'll turn up in anything just as long as I'm there
Cheers Scotty, i'd love to and may well do one day
