Why do people let all their guards down when going onto Facebook?

For the umpteenth time, I've seen yet another "Like and share this image for a chance to win this item" post.

Usually from a big name retailer - Argos, Currys, Best Buy.

First of all - if it's too good to be true, it probably is - and that is definitely the case when clicking 'like' can win you a TV.

Secondly - two seconds of looking around tells you it's a scam straight away!

The one I've seen today is from "Argos." offering a 50" TV if you like and share an image.

If it wasn't obvious enough that Argos doesn't end with a ".", joined Facebook on the 4th October, and only has one post, I don't know how it becomes more obvious!

Why do people become so gullible when going on Facebook?

I like the one that says anyone who shares our post will be part of the lottery ticket if we win it on blah blah.

All Bexx had to do a few weeks ago was like and share a post from Rob Austin Racing........ and she won so some are genuine

You gotta be in it to win it But some of the Facebook comps are fake, you can usually tell... I just saw one that said if you go on asda website & spend £50, put in this code & get £50 off so your shopping costs you nothing

I won loads of auto finesse cleaning stuff on a Facebook comp

But I agree. So much is fake, I hate the one that's like if you don't like this picture your mum will die or stuff like that, wtf!

Honestly rob, I feel bad for saying this after having all this stuff free but it's not as good as autoglym, I'd never pay for it, put it that's way. Jack shhhhhhh

I kind of had an accident in the boot and I thought I had a petrol leak the smell was so strong. Turns out it was one of them free products had leaked and gone everywhere. My boot is still stained !!!!!

Oh really, thought it was supposed to be the daddy......

Well that's only my opinion. Also I prefer autoglym coz it smells good
