Right guys had a reply this is the rules etc. according to these passengers pay on the day?

NOTE: Additional passengers may pay admission upon arrival.
* All models must be dressed appropriately as this is strictly a family car show, failure to comply with this rule may result in the club being removed from the venue.
* Music may be played on stands at an agreed volume by the show organisers.
* The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
* No refunds given.
* There is a minimum of 10 cars per stand but there is a maximum of 30.
ALL CARS ON STAND WILL BE CHARGED £10 (THIS INCLUDES THE DRIVER) ALL PASSENGERS WILL BE CHARGED £15 ON ADMISSION

sounds good to me Lee 10 minimum cars should be easily achieved

now we just need a site model

Just been back in touch with them and track time is £15 or £20 on the day but have sold out before 12. And passengers have to pay on the gate as it helps queuing

not a bad price really

Oh and deadline is 14th of April so will stop a day or to before so I can get it all sent over on time

Really would love to go on track but i have serious fear somthing would break.

Forms are on the website for track and are 15 mins long also split into novice and intermediate
