Wooo just to let people know I love gym and used to do some personal training done all kinds of things if anyone wants any interested ideas of how to work out let me know I shall pass on what I know haha. Also Jodie if your getting back pain doing these things got to see what cause is. Things like posture, doing them to frequently and not stretching be for and after also which part of you back is hurting? most common back pain is in the Transversospinalis (deepest muscle tissue in your lower back) mainly due to posture just to let ya know as I had same thing from doing weights as was skipping the stretching ritual. That's what I've been taught anyways only done the course for a year before going into engineering so don't take my word for it lmao smile

i was stationary and they thought i had pulled out onto the dual carriage way but i hadnt, my car radio flew out and my car had been pushed into the lane and it twisted the underneath of my car so it was hard enough! had nearly a week off work for my headaches and that. pysio guy told me to keep going gym though and keep my joints moving.

Jodie, did you have any back issues before the accident???

If you were my client I would be doing a lot of lower abdominal work with you, these are very weak on a lot of people and therefore your core isn't particularly strong or giving any support to ur lumbar spine (lower back)

Also, may seem a weird question but can you touch ur toes, stood up, legs straight!???
