Well over the last 2 days i have been down at Sitech Racing doing a full paint correction on the most powerful mk7.5 ST in the uk (256bhp) The car is 2 months old and has only covered 3000 miles, BUT in that time it has been rinsed twice and before it was purchased it was a ford display/test vehicle so never got looked after. The paintwork resembled that of a 30,000+ mile car and all work was done at Sitech in there dyno room suite. Bit of a twist on this car is the velvet roof wrap, i personally have hated it since it was done, but now the cars clean i actually like it..

Anyway, What i was greeted with

Now unfortunately only getting the car for 2 days means i was pretty hard for time, so there was hardly any mid progress pictures upset
few pics of damage, hard to see because of lighting/hard colour to see and camera phone.

Finished:

Roof

Straight out in the rain for a drive home

Products used were:
Orchard snowfoam
Orchard Wheel clean
Orchard iron cleanse
Orchard bramley bubble bath
Orchard Glass cleanse
Orchard Perfection polish (not yet for sale)
Chemical guys V34,36 cutting compounds
Chemical guys hexlogic pads
Poorboys Black hole
Dodo juice supernatural hybrid wax
Rainex

Stage 2 consists of a full exhaust, induction kit, intercooler and of course the mapping. Guy over on fiestastoc has been running 256hp for the last 2 months or so and was the first to pass 250hp.

Simons running his own kit. His own spec exhaust system, induction kit and pipework. His own mapping too. All parts he sells through sitech.

hes pretty well known in the ford tuning. Got 3 out of the top 5 most powerful mk2 rs in uk (has 1st and 2nd @706 and 680) most powerful focus st in uk (556) this fez (256) plus his zvh conversions that hes famous for.

to crack 250 the fez also needs a boost controller and whack the turbo to its limits btw. His is soon to have a host of new parts fitted too happy
