We usually all meet somewhere near the show in the morning, to hand out tickets/passes, so none of them get lost in the post.

I assume Lee will be doing it this way for this show

As said will meet up somewhere on route and hand passes and tickets out

Bluewater would be a good place to meet for the tickets etc, easy to get to from all directions, then convoy down the M2

Doubt we'll come up to Bluewater and then drive back, but suppose we can join the convoy somewhere on the M2

We'll be coming past Ashford........

We can sort out final meet locations when closer to the time
