Hi, I'm Kieran 22 from Scotland. I bought a 57 plate Fiesta ST 1 year ago and have only done small mods so far which include;

Black and chrome DMB overlays
Aero wipers
Colour coded boot lock cover
Detango'd headlights

This is what my car looked like last week.(needing a wash might I add)

Just around the same time my AP coilovers(2nd hand)

Focus RS MK2 replica alloys,

And 12.5mm axle spacers arrived,

Which were all planned to be fitted to my car this weekend, until this happened yesterday morning.

Which has left me needing a new bonnet, front bumper(with both grills), drivers side fog surround and a drivers side headlight.
I have been non stop on the phone to scrap yards over central scotland without luck of finding any in a decent condition. I have been on eBay and Gumtree searching finding only 2 front bumpers on eBay, one were the lad wanted £375 for it and wouldn't come any lower and one who told me he'd be after £250 + £30 delivery. When I tried to haggle to £225 + delivery he never bothered to reply. If anybody on here could help me out it would be much appreciated, so I can get back on track with making my car look how I want it to.

Ps, hopefully I have uploaded these photos correctly. First time using it.

If you want to hear the stupidest thing anybody had ever done here it goes, gave my mate a shot of my car as he is interested in getting one himself. So we were heading down the the jet wash along some back roads close to his home. I took his car as it was needing a quick wash as well. Anyway, it is a one track road with a few bad turns and at one stage I had came round a really tight corner to find a minibus on coming, the way the road was I had to come to a complete stop to allow the minibus past, whilst my friend in my car came round the tight corner and never seen me stopped dead until it was too late and bumped the back of me.

So basically, I gave my mate a shot of my car and he crashed into his own car. Like is said the stupidest thing ever.

Yes he is paying the bill, although as a close friend I'm trying to source the parts as cheap as I can.

So moral of the story is nobody will ever be driving my car again except me.

His car only has a small hairline crack along the back bumper, how it with stood the bump so well is beyond me. As long as I can get my hands on the parts I'll be able to fit them myself but I reckons it's still going to be £350+ at his end.

Finally managed to get a hold of a bumper and bonnet, and got the coilovers and rs reps on. This is how it's looks just now.

The only bother I have is the bonnet I got had 2 stripes up the middle of it, which I managed to remove with some heat, but a lot of the glue has been left behind. Any pointers on how to remove it?

Wheels look cool... Quite a lot of spokes to clean though, heh. thumbs

I took off my ST badge yesterday and tried kitchen cleaner, whiskey and WD40 to remove the glue, but after they failed, I ended up using white spirit.

None of them really worked other than the white spirit.
I think it was mainly due to me just pulling the badge off by hand which left loads of the backing foam behind so the solvents couldn't get to the actual glue.

Thanks for the advise. I eventually used petrol and it dissolved the glue right off.
