Yeh it was ok except at higher speeds as you have NO protection, no screen, nothing, so it's quite hard work....!!

It's not overly quick but that's mainly because I'm used to mine, it's a great bike if it's what you want, it's a Triumph after all ;thumb:

I agree with this Nick. I'm fed up of it so I've been doing my own work. By no means am I a mechanic... I haven't even opened one mechanics guide. I just read up on what I want to achieve, watch videos, read posts, ask people... Then have a go. Can't really go far wrong with a simple service. If you get the right tools then it's easy

I've now changed, battery, plugs, leads, coil pack, MAF sensor (difficult to get to on the RS), Air filter, pollen filter, discs and pads, all the bulbs. It's all simple stuff but to be done by a garage would have cost a small fortune. The sensor would have been 1-2hours labour at £60. Cost me nothing.
