I have just renewed my insurance, have gone with greenlight this year

All 17 mods included, like for like replacements, he said on the phone that anything happens it will be at mountunes door the next day

£738 all in protected no claims 5 years, and im 24

If I was 25 it would be £590 so the plan is the cancel when I turn 25 and then take out a new policy if the price is still about the same as I will save a bit of money and then I can drive other cars on my policy, its something they cant add half way through the policy

Result they're great on the phone, don't just know the cars but know the mods as well

Yeah really took me by suprise, because ive had years of having to explain stuff to people that have no idea about to have someone actually know about modifications!

Didnt realise one of the guys has a supercharged fiesta st too!

Afterwards i was starting to think, how much would they charge me to add on b12's, brembos..

Nothing jack as it doesnt add power

It's simple to add mods as well, the guys just said drop them an email with details and that's it. Almost too simple!

Got a quote from Greenlight today. Free modifications up to 180bhp (My brakes and cosmetic mods weren't charged for and future ones won't even have an administration charge!) , track day and key cover, unlimited mileage and 350 excess for just over 679. Sky insurance said they'll ring me back on pay day (28th) with a guaranteed cheaper quote so going to see what they come up with and take that back to Greenlight, see if they can match that
