I'm up for that. If you wanted meeting points you should just ask happy I've been arranging events with Kent Modified for ages now.

Meeting points for the morning -

Stop 1 - Bluewater, obviously.

Nearer Ashford, I'd normally say you'd want the Eureka Leisure Park just off of J9 of the M20 - HOWEVER - this is out of the way for everyone coming from the M25 (as we'd be coming down the A2/M2, along the A249, then M20, then have to come back on ourselves to join back up with the A2 for Lydden.) So...

There's a fairly big layby just at the start of the A2 having left the M2 (coming southbound/eastbound), or slightly further on a service station which is where KM used to meet on the morning of the event. We'd be the biggest club there and there was still enough space for everyone to meet there (including about 3 other clubs too). There's also things like a free cash machine and petrol available... there is also a hotel at this service station, which would be fairly convenient.

As for meeting the night before the event - there's a few options. Obviously Bluewater - however quite a lot of the place will be shut after 4/5pm - whether this counts for the restaurants etc I don't know.

If you want to meet the night before near Ashford (not a bad journey on a Sunday evening - some good opportunities for rolling convoy motorway photos etc), you'll want either the Eureka Leisure Park mentioned above (bowling, pizza hut, frankie and bennys, mcdonalds, kfc... pretty much everything there), or my personal favourite - the Riverview American Diner at Bybrook Barn Garden Centre on the outskirts of Ashford. Nice big car park, excellent cheap food, music played to the car park etc, it's just a case of letting them know we'll be going there on that evening and making sure the place is adequately staffed (they put extra staff on with a car club meet).

The other option which is around half distance for the people staying in Ashford and those of us around the M25, you have the Newnham Court Inn in Maidstone just off the M20 pretty much half way between Dartford and Ashford. Decent pub/restaurant - again, nice size car park and decent for photos and a social etc.

I really hope you all have a great time. Sorry I couldn't be there with you this year.

love it Dave

tbh I'm not bothered where we meet on Sunday evening, bluewater or ashford area.
I've said I'm happy to drive the 'ashford lot' to wherever the meet is

shame the eureka leisure park is out of the way for monday morning, since that's where we are staying, but whatever is best...
