I did running and bikes (whilst watching the Chelsea match )
Before I fractured my wrist I used to do lots of weight training with minimal cardio, thoroughly enjoyed it! Now i'm just trying to ease myself back into the gym routine doing anything i can do (which at the moment is pretty much cardio)

My local gym is quite expensive and is around 10 miles away. Rob, can you recommend any programmes designed for outdoor fitness? I love running but want to try different things.
Try a boot camp (outdoor circuit training basically) or google Park Runs........ Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs all around the world. They are open to everyone and great fun
