I don't think you guys will know but the grass is not flat at Lydden at all, it's quite steep! You wouldn't want a bike on plywood on the grass either. Unless we're guaranteed non-grass stand position I wouldn't recommend the bike.

The only other stand positions would be on gravel - which is flat, but rough. The paddock is taken up with competitors, drift teams, and traders.

Thinking about it you might be OK if we're chucked in the very top field, the field above the three gravel tiers is quite a steep one and rife with small bumps with people slipping on it if it rains lol
