Most gyms require membership and I know I wouldn't go that often so pointless buying one.
I've been for the free trials that gyms do, but never really liked them anyway - too crowded for me.

gym's are quiet if you go at the right times

Exactly

im using 'the gym' only 15 a month and can cancel whenever i want, only need to go a handful of times each month to get moneys worth

That's bloody cheap!!!

Do you actually use it tho Liam? Or do you just visit the on site bar

Unfortunately no on site bar, there is a pub right next door tho that ive been known to frequent

Lol

Training really well atm, one month to go till the London to Brighton, so legs are feeling good

Bexx is smashing it too

Going for a sunday weight session today! Its normally quiet on sunday's, and with this weather it should be REALLY quiet!!

Good effort

How'd it go????

Shoulders/Arms/Legs done with no waiting about for weights or machines! If only every day was sunday..

Perfect

Wish i had more time to use my Exercise Bike atm , going for runs outside and Using my Dumb bells and Bar bells. I need to start doing this and building up muscle again because since i tore my cruciate ligament 2 years ago i lost nearly a stone in weight !
