Once again... grab a coffee... this is going to be a long read
...
Saturday - Finally after the long wait... the weekend of Trax arrived. Duncan has staying a week of his two week stay. Whilst waiting for Chris to arrive we headed off for a 6 mile walk to Coombe Abbey in Coventry. For those who missed Maiya, here's some pics
Duncan helping Maiya after she fell over - rather cute
How about painting your steelies red then putting hub caps on?
After Chris arriving and us getting back home it was time to get the hose out and some washing on the go!
This was soon postponed as someone said Pizza...
So... tools down and - 20" Pizza with 12" Garlic Bread!
Look - Starving!!!
Now it was time to get back outside. Duncan commented that every show he goes to he ends up cleaning his car in the dark.
LOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
LOVELY ARSE
Next job was for Duncan to remove his headrests. They looked rather odd lol.
Now it was time for 'Gone In 60 Seconds' with Pooh as company.
Sunday - The Big Day!
Up at 5:30am - Chris needed a bit of a wake up knock after still being asleep lol. (Kev... your not the only one)
As always... MacD's breakfast was required
After meeting up at Cherwell Valley and having a quick natter it was time to convoy in. A fantastic sight as always!
Soon we arrived and after parking (dumping) the cars we had a crack at getting the Event Shelter up. Thanks for the help guys.
Luke... on the FordFiestaST stand with a Merc and a VW Jacket. Loving it (Still loving the car Luke)
On to the show. Out comes the DSLR especially for Kev as he was unable to make it
Remember this?

Just for you Kev
Lets get some photos of members cars

Great fix

Errrmmmmm
Will be ordering these seats in the spring (or maybe part of my X-mas prezzie :P)
Time Attack
After we then visited the Newly Opened Hungry Horse in Coventry.
Lets just say, the meals were a little crappy but it was a good laugh.
Finally... and the best time of the day. Going to pick our little girl up. We missed her being awake by 5 minutes! Gutted
Also clocked over the 160,000 miles mark. Pretty good going
In Summary. The whole weekend was brilliant. Couldn't have wished for better weather. Couldn't have wished for better company. A real shame Kev & Kenny were unable to make it. An X-mas meet up will need to be sorted out. Amazing end to the show season this year.
I will formally announce on this thread that I promise to be on track next year. That means, You've all got less than 9 months to get your cars ready for the track!!! I shall keep process going. Will be requiring some of your help if your up for it guys! (Kev, Lee, Duncan & Jack especially). Fancy taking your ST on track Chris?
