Only three more weeks to go till i can drive again.

Already orderd some Anembo rear wheel spacers to replace my ford parts.
Also some fresh oil and filter as the old stuff is at least 4000miles old

But i guess after four month of standing its better to change it.

Today i put the car back on the Summer wheels.
Also checked the oil and other fluids.

The new rear wheel spacers from sico also arrived.

So if the weather is with me an march 1st its time for a spin



Tomorrow i will get the interior cleaned a bit than its ready for the season.

Nearly time now.

Went out for an hour. What a pleasure to drive.

Just a small update.

We replaced all the fluids in the car. Also changed the rear axle spacers fron 12.5mm Ford to 15mm anembo on each side.

Then it was time to just drive it.

And it still drives like day one.

Last Sunday was spent at the Nordschleife. After the the car sure was very dirty.

So yesterday i gave it a good clean, removed the wheels to clean the arches as well and gave the engine bay a little tlc.

First i drove the car on some ramps to lift the whole front of the car with the jack!?



After removing the wheels i found a insect inside of the wheel



Time for some good cleaning.



Some Meg APC, brushes and Powerwasher later



The same with the rear.

My best friend: Snowfoam and a Kränzle Pressure washer and the bugs are almost gone.

No need for a polish this year.

Today i removed the rusty strut brace. Hopefully i´ll get it powder coated tomorrow.
