Looks like the throttle bodies you find in Burton Power. I read somewhere that pararell throttle bodies bring up the hp to 197 just by adding them. he must have had to buy new cams and uprate everything to cope with the power. There's always one that has to push their car to the limits!

From the number on this car I think it came from Spain don't no if they heard of Burton power but must have spend lot of money just for the engine and this is still road legal??
