I'm considering getting 40mm spax springs on my mk6 zs but would this not ruin the dampers? (Car Newbie)

If anyone has any better advice then it's all appreciated! I'm looking to keep it to a reasonable price however, first car so I'll probably ruin it with time..

A few guys on here have run 45mm spas lowering springs on standard dampers and been okay.

I've got 35mm Eibach's myself, had them on since about 27k and i'm on 57k now and not having any issues!

I used to have the 35mm Eibachs also and they were great, didn't ever have any issues with shocks etc

Where's the cheapest place to buy them? Ive found a huge range of prices
