I had a set of Falkens on my st

They lasted for around 18k miles, not fantastic in snow, but what tyre is.

A good all round tyre from me thumbs

Indeed, they would of had a few more k's on them aswell, just that the front neer side had a blow out due to a nail, so changed all 4 last year for a set of Toyo's; Not impressed with these at all TBH.

I suppose it all depends on how you're driving on them. I'm running T1R's and they've been a fantastic tyre. Survived three laps of the 'ring, 12k miles in all weathers with no trouble at all happy

Well Wet weather ability is quite important for me as lets be honest, we love in England.
I paid £148 for the two fitted and the old ones disposed etc

I had Falken on my old Metro. Good tyres by all accounts.

Well initial feeling is good. Only really tried them hard in the dry, Not fully run them in yet and already getting good grip in the dry, although steering feels a little more distant but I think this is down to the new-ness.

I had a pair of Those Falkens on the front of mine, lasted me nearly 9k, weren't too bad but lacked feeling, not too bad in the wet either, steering wasn't that sharp though, gone back to Michelin Pilot Sport 3's for now

hmmm two very conflicting mileage's strange
We'll have to see what they are like next week or soo. I've only done 300miles on them so far I think, but what you are saying about the feel seem to be right

I tend to drive pretty hard so tyres never last me that long, i did a pair of toyo's in at 4.5k miles once lol

you will probably be alright with them they are by no means rubbish, i just was left wanting a bit more from them, they certainly last longer than toyo T1r's and both are of those are better than the pirell p zero nero of doom

So far I can say that they are fairly good tires, I did have them spinning up the other night but the ambient temperature was very cold and I'd only been driving 3 or 4 miles.
But they are grippy when warm and even in the wet, but they are a little wooden feeling if that makes sense?

yeah they do the job but feel quite sort of numb, you don't get much feedback from them, they are working but you don't feel that they are, to be fair most tyres are no good in the cold as the majority we fit are classed as summer tyres so to be expected, drive gently to start with and get better as they warm up

I guess they are classed as summer tyres. It's just the numbness that is the only downside at the moment
