i have stopped the gym for 3 weeks now due to work saying i have lost to much weight and i look like a bag of crap i have also been told by a few friends at the gym that im doing to much cardio,so a few months off and just go swimming 4 times a week now i have also noticed my energy levels are 0 at the moment

Did a 1 rep max of 75kg on back squat

Been back at the gym for a couple of months, incorporating weights into my workout. Lost 17lbs since January, not too brilliant, but feeling better in myself thumbs
