Kit or not, it's an awesome car

Why can't it be a real one, I guess by its reg but it certainly sounded genuine, plus its at a Ferrari dealership/service place with about 20 Ferraris behind me and a number of Lambos including a Countach etc

It's not a genuine s200, if its not real then thats why it can't be! keen ford fans have an eye for this sort of thing

One of the tell tale signs was the dash..and knowing it wasn't real
But still it's been built to a good standard.

Also the rear window I believe - original RS200's have vents in the rear glass for cooling which aren't present on the kits as the base cars don't need the additional cooling. There were two at BHP - I think they were both genuine.

One was rep and one was real Nick. Need double spring rear suspension and reg between 84-86, B-D reg.
One of the Lambo Diablos was a rep too

IIRC Banham made the kits, but its someone else who does them now...
