Just joined the forum but have owned my 2008 ST for a few of years (one of a few Fords I own).

Possibly a silly question but I note that ST's have decals on them, I am only the second owner of my ST and it doesn't have any decals - Was this an optional extra? Seems strange as I have the full leather interior and Bluetooth which I think we optional extras. Perhaps somebody would be kind enough to point me to somewhere where I may find the Ford optional extras for the Fiesta ST?

Also is there a section or alternative forum for the ST500's as I am thinking of upgrading.

Much appreciated for all advice offered.

hello welcome along, the over the top stripes I think were an option, DMB do them http://www.dmb.uk.com/search/-

The ST500 was just a one off special edition with extra external graphics and internal styling, no other mechanical differences.

Steve's correct, the stripes, both over the top, and side stripes, were optional extras as part of an external styling pack. Links to both here:

He's also correct that the ST500 was only cosmetically different to the standard Mk6 ST. Whilst we don't have a dedicated ST500 section, I'm sure we'll be able to help you out on here with any questions you may have.
