What are the best cams for 2.0 duratec. By best I mean, most gains, best MPG, good idle quality and so on?

cams - yes more power but less MPG, lumpier idle etc but good mapping can sort all that out. Piper, Newman (cosworth) all good enough.

Yes I know that but I'm looking for back to back comparison, as most offers similar lift and duration as why I'm looking for sth like pros and cons on each one if anybody has bothered with it.

P.S. Last but certainly not least which are the strongest cams as aftermarket parts aren't made up to OEM quality and hardness.

Not Necessarily true about the OEM quality and hardness, just remember people like cosworth are one of the biggest names out there who design, develop and build engines for manufacturers have made their reputation on performance and reliability.

Sorry to up an old thread, but I was just on youtube looking at Focus mk2 with closely the same engine as ours and with the same basic modifications like exhaust, intake and cams, they rev higher, and are faster than a fiesta with the same spec and got me wondering, why that is, better inlet, better head, better gearbox, aerodynamics?
