Hmmm, since I looked it's now bugging me lol. Its asif they've warped in the warmth. Everytime I put the window down, they slot into place, put it up and it pops out at the front lol.

Mine does it man. I've noticed the most pressure seems to be where thr cut out is and at the top. I'm assuming the cut out allows the presssure to be releaved, if it wasn't there would jam. However maybe if the cutout is slightly to big it pops out... either that or our deflectors are literally only about 5mm out of place.
