don't think the forum will ever be like it used to be, just to many facebook pages, in fact I have removed them all of facebook now, was doing my head in

yep indeed, people can't cope if they don't get a red ping, I mean actively using search and going to a website has become so far beyond people these days, personally the way people operate on FB I find is actually rude and disturbing, people post a comment/question and expect an answer in reality it means someone with a smartphone gets a ping and is actually disturbed from their own personal time and they become a sucker and reply. My cycling club maintains a website and FB page all official info is on the website and never vanishes, but I can tell members have such a lack of knowledge about the club and what's going on because they will not look at it.
Crooked neck generation...........laughable when you look around at todays/future society.

I agree with you guys im 34 have no fb account and don't want one. I have had one and it just becomes a pain in the rear. People are rude and often have no idea on what they are talking about when they comment. I find this forum very helpful and thus far people have came up with helpful answers to my questions been polite and have probably been asked the questions before yet have still answered them for me. Once paid I will be paying for a membership on here and ordering the cool stickers too I hope this forum keeps gaining new members and stays around its brilliant.

Apoligies for rambling kids have had me up since 5am it's now 7:30 and I think I've lost my mind already haha

I have now come off facebook, best thing I have done

I limit my FB to simply keeping contact with family and vice versa, whatever I post on FB is for the benefit of family and close friends and useful info/photos etc, I'm not on any car FB pages and still refer and post on here.

My original post above sadly matches this year now too, only I won't ever forget it.
