hmm ok guys will try some ideas, seems like i'm not the only one here =S maybe its some part fault? If that doesnt work we'll have to do it the hard way. Remove bumper .. attach bumper ... anyone knows how to get around doing that / what clips etc are involved?

Did any one get to the bottom of this. Mines same. Smacked, banged, pushed, lifted and kicked with anger lol. How do you drill the rivets out? Gonna take it off and ha e a look.
