Privilege were the cheapest for me but their customer service is poor. Traded in a Celica for my ST which was also insurance group 16. The ST was more expensive as they work on their own 99 point insurance system and not the industry standard 20.

Still i bought it from them at £380 full comp. Virgin were also canny cheap (can pay monthly at 0%) so you could try them!

You just have to wait for better weather now to try out the handling. Otherwise make sure its well insured.

Agree with earlier posts, add a female as a second driver.

I am 41 with goodness knows how many years no claims (touching head).

I added my wife to my policy who is 5 years younger than me, has had 2 claims in the last 3 years, and my insurance came down £40 .

What that's all about, i'll never know.
