Its been the same after the bumper incident. The Ford garage spayed my bumper...well part of it which looked like they had not put any laquer on it and someone got carried away with the rubbing compound. I did'nt notice until the following morning because it was pitch black when I picked up the car and they made me wait 3 hours or so for it! I thought checky bastards letting me take the car in that state. So I had to take it back to them wasting another half day's worth of leave and putting their stupid KA on my insurance again. They did'nt even have any record of the car returning for the work! I think its sorted now but the cars not been clean enough to look at it properly.

Im so gonna fill mine in although ive got to say you all know what problems I have had with the car yet my dealship has been second to none I have had lots freebies and two tanks of petrol. The faults have all been dealt with, with no resistance I bought my car from bristol Street in Birmingham and my sales man was named Chris he comes highly recommended! Got to say although my car has had a lot of problems I would use them again deffo!
